Athletics & Activities

  • In the fall of 2022, RCS was accepted into the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) as an Associate Member. This allows all of our high school students to be eligible for MSHSL sponsored extra-curricular activities. It also gives us the ability to form our own high school teams or co-op with other high schools for activities.

This is exciting for not only our current high school students, but for all students of RCS who want to take part in activities in the future. We look forward to growing all that we have to offer in athletics, music, drama, robotics and other activities that our students are interested in.

RCS Teams

  • Boys & Girls Cross Country (grades 6-12)
  • Girls Volleyball (grades 6-12)
  • Boys & Girls Golf (grades 7-12)
  • Robotics club (grades 4-12)

Intramurals

RCS offers sports for elementary students and partners with leagues in the greater Grand Forks area.

  • Fall – Soccer
  • Winter – Basketball
  • Spring – Soccer

The partnerships with the YMCA and East Grand Forks Soccer Club allow us to form teams, play games and be a part of the greater Grand Forks community.

Our goal in elementary activities is simple. We want your kids to have fun, learn the game and build even stronger relationships with each other. We truly believe that getting kids involved early with these activities will help build up friendships and pride in RCS that will lead to your children wanting to be here for middle school and high school.

If you have any activities related questions, please contact RCS Activities Director Eric Morrow at ericm@rcsrams.org or 218-773-1770 Ext. 6000.
